It’s time to get talking.
Everyone on this site has some form of interest in running – whether you are brand new, a seasoned ultra-runner, or tentatively embarking on a 10km race. All those thoughts buzzing around in your head have to go somewhere! Start a new topic or join an existing one. This community is incredible, and the Run with Kate forums are a commitment to strengthening that running community – wherever you are in the world!
There are only a few guidelines to using the forums:
- Don’t harrass, bully or intimidate others. This is a place to share and discuss. Online bullying will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- The forums are not formal advice. If you have a health problem or a serious concern, the forums are a great place to get ideas, but no responsibility is accepted for the consequences of following the advice provided by users.
- Support each other!
That’s it! Your participation in the forums is an acceptance of the guidelines above.
This is the place to ask about nutrition for runners. Nothing is off limits when it comes to food. Al runners have a different approach. Whether you’re new to running, are curious about how much chocolate a half marathoner can cannon-ball, or are working out how to optimise carb intake on your long runs, this is the place for you.
Let’s face it, a lot of the comments we see online come from bloggers. Running and fitness blogs are huge. Share your tips and ask questions here.
A goal doesn’t feel real until it’s in writing. Make your running dreams happen! The community is there to support you, so let us know what you’re up to, and know that it’s better to fall short than never to have tried. We’ve all been injured, stuck in a rut or totally unmotivated. But you know how the marathoners and triathletes and 10km finishers managed to achieve their feat? They said they would. So say it!
We have an amazing online running community – have you got a race coming up? Find out who else is running, discuss the course, find a training buddy, or look for a new challenge.
Got injured? Caught short without toilet paper on your last run? Lost your buddy? Wound up 10km from home? Spill it here, and find out what happens when running bites back…
