Back in Motion – an Aussie Giveaway

Kate is from Sydney, Australia, and fell in love with running in 2012 when she decided, for no particular reason that she can remember, to run a marathon. That one goal turned into a love affair with running that keeps her sane during the day, and fuels the blog at night.

This book looks like something I could really use! it goes right back to the basics, and strips it all down- something I could really benefit from as I’m clueless about all the good foundations of being healthy and honoring my body sometimes!

And I have to mention that I’m a proud Aussie too ;)

Throw my name into the hat! can I have it as an audiobook so I can listen on my long runs? time saver!

    I’m an Aussie, legit!

    I also like to run.

I have a house made of very dark brown bricks, upon reflection its quite ugly.

I am slouching in front of the computer.

Lastly – I can read. My eyes work too!

as someone who seems to be constantly injured, or recovering from an injury – that book sounds like somthing I could use.

I just want to be allowed to run again!

You sure are! Nice to hear from you. I’m sorry that you didn’t win the book. I’ll have to send down my copy for you at some point! How are you?

Hahahahahahaha oh my gosh, I love you. “Is it a good read? Yes and no.” I don’t know why that got me, but hey! The author would be thrilled that now my core and posture are totally being worked because I’m laughing my ass off. :)

And sadly, I’m in the States. Boo. :)

Three hands up for being an Aussie, if only a new one:)!!! Was sitting slumped in front of the computer and just reading this post made me put my shoulders back and tunny in – lol! Now have to remember to do this ALWAYS, in fact posture was so important when I was at school, I don’t know what happened! Sounds like a great useful read and I would love a copy.
PS – that bad run turned out well, after all, well done.

Well, I’m an Aussie – an Aussie who will be showing you around the Gold Coast later this year hopefully :)
At work I have a sit/stand adjustable desk and I have definitely noticed a difference with my posture and back/neck/shoulder stiffness – oh and my attention span in the afternoon is much better when I am able to adjust my posture throughout the day. Of course, when I’m not at work my posture struggles….
Maybe I need to start with some yoga or Pilates to help these runner cartilage-based joints :)
